From a side project
to a studio
Today, Pioneer focuses on three main pillars; venture building; fintech; and cybersecurity. We began as a startup with Tendero; built it; exited; and evolved into something sharper. That experience is not a chapter; it is the foundation.
Pioneer started when Ivan and Victor set out to solve a real problem; making EU public procurement accessible to businesses locked out by complexity. That idea became Tendero; a platform simplifying public contracts; quietly used by teams within firms such as the Big4; and it became a company.
With over 2,000 active users; and no external funding; we built; scaled; and exited. No noise; just execution.
Along the way, it became clear; we were not only good at building our own products; we were exceptional at building for others. The same intensity behind Tendero; architecture thinking; speed; and ownership; is exactly what ambitious companies demand.
Today, Pioneer operates as a venture building studio; we create; build; and operate our own ventures; while partnering with founders and companies across Europe to take ideas from concept to production. Not an agency; a partner. We think like co-founders; because often; we are.
