From a side project
to a studio
Pioneer started when Ivan and Victor set out to solve a real problem — making EU public procurement accessible to businesses that were shut out by complexity. That idea became Tendero, and Tendero became a company.
Along the way, we realized we weren't just good at building our own products — we were good at building other people's products too. The same intensity we brought to Tendero — the architecture thinking, the speed, the ownership — turned out to be exactly what startups and enterprise clients needed.
Today, Pioneer operates as a venture building studio. We build and operate our own ventures like Tendero, while partnering with founders and companies across Europe to take their ideas from concept to production. We're not an agency. We think like co-founders, because often, we are.
